The National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to eliminate childhood cancer. Their focus is to fund research to fast-track less toxic, more targeted treatments by partnering with 20 leading hospitals nationwide. A majority of cancer research focuses on adult treatments and is done within the walls of individual institutions. In contrast, the NPCF fund clinical trials and collaborate with a network of cutting-edge hospitals across the nations. All to increase the survival rate of children battling cancer. For 25 years and counting, the NPCF has been the one shining light for children who are fighting cancer. They have donated millions of dollars to research and their clinical trials are yielding amazing discoveries that are saving many children’s lives. Located in the heart of Tampa’s Downtown Arts District. The historical, neo-classical building was constructed in 1919 as the Exchange National Bank. Now revitalized, the space combines elegant architecture with a contemporary feel. The 35-foot tall ceilings have been restored and show intricate medallion orientation with a second-floor mezzanine that overlooks the open gallery. Floor-to-ceiling window walls offer stunning views of the Tampa Bay skyline, and provide the perfect setting for this event.
