Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days for production.
There is a 2-day processing time, plus the production time before orders are shipped out.
We are not responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced, stolen packages.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
If your order has already shipped and is undeliverable based on the address you entered and returned to our facilities, you will be responsible for the re-shipment fees/costs.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.
All sales including Sample Gown and Clearance item sales are final.
